Since his first graduation in 1992, Dr Batorfi launched the rockets of his career in both theoretical and practical dimensions. He is the head of our Clinic. According to patients he is one of the kindest dentists when it comes to taking extra care. As a DMD, oral surgeon and master of implantology he - beside working at the clinic - tirelessly focuses on spending his time attending international conferences, seeking ways to specialize in what he is already among the bests in Central Europe: placing 150-200 dental implants a month and proudly having a 97-98% success rate from over his 35.000 treated patients from abroad. There are many celebrities among his patients and he has been chosen by our ex-prime minister as his family dentist, as well. His main strength is providing a warm, welcoming environment for his patients, when you step into the Clinic you will feel like home.

PROF. DR. MED. DR. MED. DENT. JÓZSEF PIFFKÓ

Prof. Dr József Piffkó was born in 1960 in Budapest, Hungary. He had been working in Germany for several years, having dual citizenship of Hungary and Germany. He had been qualified as Dr. med. dent. in 1984, and Dr. med. in 1988. He had gained his general dental qualification in 1990, oral surgeon qualification in Budapest in 1992. He had also qualified in Germany in Oral and Maxillofacial surgery in 1997 (ÄK Westphalen-Lippe) and in Cosmetic (Plastic) surgery of the face in 1999. He had been appointed as Professor together with the status of being the Deputy Head of Department - University Lecturer.

He had worked in Vienna for 6 months as a Guest Professor on Oral and Maxillofacial Department in 2003. He had qualified as a Master of Oral Medicine in Implantologie in 2004 in Münster.

He is the director of the MTA (Hungarian Academy of Sciences) Szeged Regional Committee of Dental and Oral Surgery. Also the director of the Hungarian Association of Maxillofacial and Oral Surgery.

Dr Balázs Kozik - Master Implantologist

After completing Semmelweis Medical University in 2001 he had graduated in oral surgery, implantology and aesthetic dentistry. Dr Kozik has exceptional talent in successfully applying the latest techniques of oral surgery. Despite his age he is one of the most promising young dentists in Budapest. Balazs already possesses very good records in performing implant placements with extreme precision. His communication skills are envied by many. He is continuously trains himself and he is Dr Batorfi's right hand at dental implant placement. He speaks fluent English. Dr Kozik has also graduated as the Master of Oral Medicine in Implantology in Münster, 2007.

Dr László Pintér - General Dentist

He graduated in Semmelweis Medical University. He had trained himself in dental and mouth diseases in 2001. He has worked in the Clinic of Prosthetic Dentistry of Semmelweis University and in some other prestigeous dental clinics. His patients favour him for his attitude and kind manner. He is extremely patient, when it comes to difficult and sensitive cases. His special fields are prosthetics and conservative dentistry. He speaks English and German.

OUR DENTAL ASSISTANTS:

ÁGNES BÁTORFI - Dental assistant, dental hygienist

To her, health and profession is not only duty-bound but her life’s vocation. As modern dentistry is essential without a dental hygienist, without her experience the team cannot work as a whole, as together with the dentists they have to design a plan and sequence appointments that help maintaining oral health. The mother of 2 children. She studies at Semmelweis Medical University.

Anikó Markóczy – Dental assistant, dental hygienist

She is very maximalist in her job so she leads all our assistant’s work. She had been working with us for many years, that is why only a glimps of the dentist is enough and she knows what the next step is during the dental procedure. She is really nice and helpful, our patients prefer to have her in the dental office.

Mónika Székelyi – Dental assistant, dental hygienist

Despite her young age she is a very apt assistant. She had got to know us as a patient and we are very proud that she had applied for the dental assistant course to be able to work for us.

Gabriella Sédi - Dental assistant, dental hygienist

She works as a dental assistant since 1996. She had qualified as a dental hygienist in 1997. She has really high experience in dental assistance, her special fields are: tooth whitening and scale&polishing.

Maria Bocsi Gátiné - Dental assistant, dental hygienist

She works as a dental assistant since 1983. She had qualified as a dental hygienist the same year and has high experience on this field. She is really nice to patients, our customers like her very much. She is very precise in her job, likes to give the maximum she can to the dentists and patients.

OUR ANESTHESIOLOGISTS:

Dr Andrea Lukács - Anesthesiologist, intensive therapy physician

She had graduated as an anesthesiologist and intensive therapy physician in 1998. Since her graduation she had been working in various hospitals in Budapest as an anesthesiologist and had been with us for 3 years, taking care of our patients during the surgery and monitoring their health troughout dental implant and bone augmentation surgeries performed under IV sedation. She is very helpful to dentists and patients and thoroughly cares about everyone individually.

Zsuzsanna Roland - Anesthesiologist

She had graduated as an anesthesiologist in 1987. Since her graduation she had been working in various hospitals in Budapest as an anesthesiologist and had been with us for 3 years. She is very caring and together with Andrea they are a complete team of physicians in the care of our foreign patients when having their dental surgery under IV sedation.

OUR CUSTOMER CARE:

Henriett Drost – Customer care manager

She is the newest member of our team. She travels to London to coordinate the treatment of our patients, and also have responsibilities concerning our hungarian patients. She is also a dental assistant and obtained her education in the United States, where she lived for 9 years. She loves the dental field and helping our patients to her best knowledge.

Nora Nogradi – Customer care manager

The youngest member of our team is the shoulder of the arriving patients on whom they can rely on any time. She has a degree of communication that is why her most important qualities are good communication, empathy and helpfulness. She is always very kind and has a good problem-solving ability. The patient's interests are always the most important for her. Beyond her fluent English, she also speaks Italian on elementary level.

Csilla Blaski – Customer care manager

She had lived in the UK for 2 years. She takes care of the appointments and every day enquiries of our new and existing patients. She had worked as a sales manager on the field of dentistry, she has great knowledge on dental products and the procedure of dental treatments. Next to taking care of all the needs of our patients, her job is also to marketing our Clinic and help our patients to find us through different mediums of Hungary and abroad.

Ádám Birkás – Driver

He is a great help for all our patients. He is the most important person for our newly arriving patients, as he is the one who they first meet at the airport when they arrive. He is very polite and nice to everyone, our patients love his charming attitude, punctuality and care. He makes our team a whole.
